Poster : Digeridoo / Down Under 1993 by Peter Ginter

Didgeridoo / Down Under 1993

In his world, the mountains are blue, mostly because of the oily mist of eucalyptus leaves. From the hollow trunk of the trees they make the didgeridoo. No idea what the word means. It’s an instrument, sure. But what for? Music? You don’t play “God save the Queen” on that one.

Wo er lebt, sind die Berge blau. Das macht der Nebelschleier aus  ätherischem Öl der Eukalyptus-Blätter. Aus dem hohlen Stamm der Bäume fertigen sie das – oder den? – Didgeridoo. Keiner weiß, was genau das bedeutet. Ein Instrument, klar. Aber wofür – Musik? „Kein schöner Land“ kannst du darauf nicht spielen.

Each Poster is printed on 300 gsm paper Jupp Crääm (white) on Hewlett Packard’s digital printing machine HP Indigo12000, the clear front runner in Digital Printing. For maximum protection during delivery, the posters are not rolled, but shipped in flat packing.
